Emerson was searching for a way to stand out in the recruiting battle for young, talented professionals for their extensive I.T. network needs. In addition to counseling them on ways to reach this audience online and via social media, we delivered a hard trifold leave-behind for job fairs, etc. The creative strategy was to design something with a modern look, incorporating elements of cultural and gender diversity, technology, geography, creativity, energy and an optimistic future.
